Established in 1996, Rutledge Claims Management, Inc. (RCM), formerly known as The Law Offices of Thomas W. Rutledge, APC, has been a leader in the hazard insurance claims industry. Headquartered in San Diego, California, RCM represents some of the largest servicers and investors in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a licensed public adjuster firm, RCM, along with its affiliated law firm, Vester & Associates, Attorneys at Law, APC, is licensed in all 50 states, uniquely equipped to handle the most intricate claim matters across the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2022, RCM proudly received national certification as a Women\u2019s Business Enterprise by the Women\u2019s Business Enterprise Council (WBENC).
